Which size should I choose?
Measure the outside diameter of your round steering wheel. S is designed for 36–37 cm; M for 38–39 cm. Rim thickness and shape also affect fit. These covers are not intended for D-shaped or other non-round wheels. Do not use if the cover is loose or interferes with controls.
How should I install my cover?
With the vehicle safely parked, align the cover and work it evenly around the rim. Check that it is fully seated and does not rotate independently. Stop using it if it slips or obstructs controls.
How do I care for it?
Follow the care instructions on the individual product page. Knit, polyurethane, quilted panels and faux suede require different cleaning methods. Allow the cover to dry completely before use.
Where do you deliver?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes. Use a physical street address within the supported area.
How long does delivery take?
Free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days. These are estimates, not a delivery guarantee. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
What is the order cutoff?
The order cutoff is 07:00PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), using a fixed UTC−06:00 offset throughout the year without daylight saving adjustments. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on excluded holidays begin the handling calculation on the next business day.
Can I return an item?
Request a return within 30 days of receipt by contacting [email protected] with your order number and reason. Change-of-mind items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Returns are sent to our company address in France.
Who pays return shipping?
Vektoryal covers return shipping for our error, damaged or defective items. You pay return shipping to France for a change of mind. No restocking fee applies.
When will my refund arrive?
After the returned item has been received, inspected and the refund approved, the refund will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact [email protected] with questions about a return or refund.
