Return & Refund Policy
30-day return requests
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging. No restocking fee applies.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for returning the item. Obtain authorization and return instructions before sending it. Our return address is Vektoryal, 125 Rue Des Jardins, 59182 Montigny-En-Ostrevent, France. Returns are sent to France, including returns of U.S. orders.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can arrange a resolution. The unused, original-condition requirements for ordinary change-of-mind returns do not prevent you from reporting a damaged, defective or incorrect item. Vektoryal pays return shipping when the return is due to our error, damage or a defect.
Return shipping costs
For a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost to our address in France. For our error, damage or defects, we cover return shipping and provide instructions through customer support.
Refunds
After the returned item has been received, inspected and the refund approved, the refund will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact [email protected] with questions about a return or refund.
